A Letter  from the Vice President of Sales – Jerry Johnson

We have always known that even though we sell work trucks, we are really in the people business. At J&J, we want to make the best truck bodies, and have the best people making, selling, and servicing them. 

Over the next year, you’ll see even more attention paid to customer service at J&J. We are organizing our business and our systems to serve our customers’ needs better. One example of this is aftermarket parts sales. Our parts team is now located at J&J Truck Equipment where they are stocking more parts than ever before, and manufacturing replacement parts on site.  In most cases, you can walk in to J&J Truck Equipment and walk out with the parts you need, with no downtime.

As customers, you have a role in helping us improve. After you buy a piece of equipment from J&J, you receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey. We pay a lot of attention to these surveys and we need your input on what we do well, and where we need to improve. After you buy your next unit from J&J, please fill out your survey and we’ll send you a gift.
