On The Road with J&J

Ultra Light Crossmemberless (UL): More payload, more profit! This multi-purpose dump body is an excellent solution for hauling asphalt today and shot rock tomorrow. The J&J ultra light steel dump body is comparable to aluminum dump bodies in weight with the proven impact and abrasion resistance of high hard steel.

Material Hauler EVO Smooth Side (MH EVO): The EVO series dump bodies are an excellent solution if you're hauling asphalt, sand, stone, gravel, or coal. The reinforced interlocking double wall panels provide excellent insulation for materials like asphalt. The interior wall is designed to absorb impact, while the outside remains in good condition.

Semi-Elliptical (SE) steel dump bodies are designed to absorb impact and maximize volume. These dump bodies can stand up to a constant diet of big rock or to maximize aggregate payloads. Increase the return on your truck body investment by choosing the J&J Semi-Elliptical steel dump body.

Trucks Built Your Way

Left: Mariotti Building Products, a family owned and operated company, sent J&J their Freightliner chassis and we installed a heavy-duty all steel flat bed dumper. They will use it to haul building products such as sheet rock, lumber, and roofing materials.

Right: A local fire company ordered an all aluminum service body for their Ford F550. It was also outfitted with a customer provided lube skid unit.

Left: A stake flat bed and LED sign panel were installed on a Western Star chassis and will be used by DOT operators while maintaining and fixing roadways.

Rugged Applications Require Stainless

J&J Truck Equipment recently completed an all stainless steel flat bed body for a Ford dealer in West Virginia. When customers need the properties of steel, the resistance to corrosion, and low maintenance, they turn to stainless steel. In this particular case, the end user will be using the truck to haul corrosive materials in off road situations. In order to protect the flat bed from leakage or spillage, stainless steel was required.

Off Road Truck Headed to Work in Russia

J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers recently completed an Off Road (OR) body for Western Star. The truck is scheduled to go to a customer in Russia. J&J's Off Road dump bodies and chassis combination are built to deliver speed and stability while providing increased productivity per cycle and maximum profit per ton hauled.

The low profile sides are designed for easy and efficient loading with a scowled end to secure large boulders and reduce hydraulic cylinder stress upon boulder impact. The auto lift tailgate maximizes material loading while the full cab guard protects the operators in the cab from falling debris.
